Job Title:  Site Leader Job Summary:   In a safe, efficient and professional manner Site Leader will support the preventative, corrective, and general maintenance for the Client. Other duties include, but not limited to, daily assessments of systems, maintain a clean working environment, and other various duties as assigned by the Account Manager, while adhering to all safety and health standards. The Site Leader will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair electrical systems (480V and below), Cranes and Hoists systems, HVAC Systems, general building interior and exterior. Installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical/electrical operating equipment and machinery. Conducting routine and on-going assessments of the building system operations. Responsible for the management of onsite personnel and subcontractors. Responsible for the management and upkeep of CMMS. Responsible for performing work according to manufacturing standards and following the change process of qualified core equipment and components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Extensive knowledge of Electrical (480V), Crane & Hoists, HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building interior and exterior. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics for both AC and DC. Administers preventive maintenance program to include machine history, maintenance, and applicable logs. Record and maintain all tests, logs, qualifications, inspections, and manuals in an efficiently organized manner. Follows through on maintenance needs and deficiencies as appropriate. Ensures facility maintenance according to established standards. Identify deficiencies through regular and thorough inspection of building premises, and ensures client is informed about the status of the request in a timely and accurate manner. Manages onsite personnel and subcontractor activities. Assists other mechanics and operators with repairs and maintenance of building and equipment. Performs preventative maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment which includes but not limited to: assembling all tools, supplies, and instruments necessary to complete the job, performing work with a minimum amount of disruption, conducting immediate clean-up of work area, completing the preventative task sheet, returning tools to workshop and unused supplies to store room and advising the Maintenance Coordinator of any equipment problems. Follows safety practices, and utilizes protective clothing and equipment as required by OSHA. Knows the whereabouts of all emergency equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers, eyewash and shower stations, first aid supplies, breathing apparatus, etc.) Qualifications:  At least 7+ years of applicable experience with electrical systems (480V) or electromechanical systems Applicable Electrical trade certifications Crane & Hoist Certification, preferred HVAC Certification, preferred  LEAD002808

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
