Maintenance Mechanic

Toll Integrated Systems seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in performing repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment at our manufacturing plant in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include repairing and maintaining automated saws, conveyors, and wall panel and truss assembly lines. In addition, the mechanic will assist with replacing or installing new electrical circuits and controls to equipment; repairing switches, photo eyes, sensors, pushbuttons, contractors, and motor starters.
The hours for this position are Mondays through Thursdays 1:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. and Fridays 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience with 480v and low voltage, 24-volt control systems, and troubleshooting. Preferred candidates will have the following qualifications:
Proficiency in welding and mechanical fabrication
Experience in HVAC/Plumbing/Sanitary and general facilities maintenance
Electro-mechanical pneumatic system operation, component functionality
Experienced with preventative maintenance procedures
Knowledge of PLC operation, ladder logic and troubleshooting, preferably GE Fanuc
Proficient in 12v-480 volt, 3 phase, AC/DC control and power systems installation and troubleshooting
Solid background in safety practices (OSHA & MSDS) equipment and controls
Ability to interact with frontline production personnel to troubleshoot equipment and systems issues
Must be open to working overtime and Saturdays

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
