Analyze database requirements and prepare specifications, recommend database structural changes, security policies and backup/recovery specifications, provide trend analysis and database documentation, implement and release database changes, ensure availability and performance of Oracle databases, conduct performance analysis, tuning and SQL optimization and handle root cause analysis. Work with Oracle advanced features, Unix, Sun Solaris, Linux, AIX, HP, Windows, High Availability Architecture , TOAD, Informatica, DataGuard, SQL, RMAN, Data Pump, Log Miner, ERWIN, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, ASM , ASSM, AMM and OEM. Master's degree plus 2 years experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required.
