Responsibilities:

Patient Welcome:
Greet patients as they arrive at the dental practice with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Check-In:
Assist patients with the check-in process, including verifying personal information, insurance details, and appointment scheduling.
3.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel dental appointments as per patient requests, ensuring the practice's appointment calendar is up to date.
4.
Patient Comfort:
Create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the waiting area, offering amenities like beverages, magazines, or entertainment options.
5.
Insurance Verification:
Verify patients' insurance coverage, explain benefits, and assist with any related paperwork or billing inquiries.
6.
Patient Education:
Provide basic information on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
7.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a liaison between patients and dental staff, ensuring that patient concerns and preferences are effectively communicated.
8.
Safety and Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and hygienic reception area and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
