A senior staff member who manages all the IT, Computer Systems, Operational Systems, and Classroom Technology Integration within the school.
He/she is responsible for the ongoing support, updates to, and system maintenance of building digital infrastructure systems.
The position's primary report is to the school President and Principal.
The candidate will be responsible for following all digital policies, procedures, and infrastructure best practices set and evaluated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Director of Technology.
Responsibilities:
? Set up and maintain technology systems including, but not limited to, computer workstations, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, LCD projectors, and interactive whiteboards ? Deploy and maintain student devices ? Process work orders as needed through the school helpdesk ticketing system ? Assist in the preparation of purchase orders for technology equipment and materials and inspect and verify all technology purchases upon receipt ? Install and maintain various software products while maintaining all licensing agreements ? Maintain an accurate inventory of the school technology equipment using a central system inventory solution and provide ongoing inventory and various usage reports for school and district administration ? Ensure that service incidents are recorded in the central system Help Desk solution ? Possess working knowledge of firewalls and web-filters ? Help identify and remediate system security vulnerabilities ? Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget ? Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and develop job-related skills ? Attend local and diocesan meetings related to technology ? Possess deep knowledge of both wired and wireless infrastructure and technology and DHCP and DNS ? Maintain and monitor Windows servers with Active Directory and all local networks ? Serve as a liaison to the Office of Catholic Education (OCE) on technology-related issues ? Handle additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is recommended.
? Previous help desk or building IT experience is highly preferred.
? Network and hardware certifications are preferred.
The Technology Specialist reports to the school's President, Principal, and to the AoP Director of Technology.
This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
